Song Queue for Weddings

Song Request Queue for Weddings & Private Events

Whether it's a wedding reception, birthday party, corporate event, or backyard gathering, Song Queue takes the chaos out of managing what plays next. Guests submit requests from their phones and the DJ manages the queue from any device — no paper, no shouting across the room.

Perfect for any private event

  • Wedding receptions

Let guests request their favorite songs without walking up to the booth. The couple and DJ stay in control of the set list.

  • Birthday parties

Guests scan a QR code, submit a request, and you never have to pause the fun to take requests manually.

  • Corporate events

Give attendees a low-friction way to participate without needing to flag down the DJ or fill out a paper form.

  • Backyard gatherings & private parties

Set up a session in seconds and let guests build the playlist together in real time.

How it works at your event

Create a free Song Queue account and start a session before the event. You'll get a unique QR code and short join code — display it on a sign, print it for the tables, or share it in the event group chat. Guests scan the code, add their name and song request, and it appears in your live queue instantly.

You stay in control: reorder requests, skip anything that doesn't fit the moment, and mark songs played as you go — all from your phone or laptop while you run the event.

Wedding & event song queue questions

Can I curate requests before they're played?
Yes. Every request lands in your queue as pending — you decide the order, skip anything that doesn't fit, and mark songs played as the DJ.
Will guests need to download an app?
No. Guests just scan a QR code or visit the join page in their phone's browser. There's nothing to install.
What if the venue has weak Wi-Fi?
Guests submit requests over their own mobile data, so venue Wi-Fi only needs to support your device running the session.
